EVA / PE Fabrication 3D Scanned CNC Milled

We scan the real surface, model it in CAD, and mill marine-grade foam to fit it exactly. No generic kits, no guessing — boats, cooler tops, Jeeps, trucks and whatever else you put underfoot.

Why it matters

The one surface you actually stand on.

Bare fiberglass and factory nonskid get slick the moment they're wet, hold heat like a skillet, and start to look tired long before the rest of the rig does.

Closed-cell EVA/PE foam fixes all three at once — grip that works soaking wet, cushion that saves your knees and back, and a surface that rinses clean in seconds.

Wet grip
Textured tread that holds when the deck is soaked.
Cooler underfoot
Runs far cooler than bare gelcoat in the Florida sun.
Soft landing
Closed-cell cushion that takes the chop out of a long day.
Hose-off clean
Blood, bait and sunscreen rinse straight off.
Where it goes

If you stand on it,
we can skin it.

Same foam, same scan-to-mill process — applied wherever grip, cushion and a clean finish beat bare metal, gelcoat or carpet.

Signature service

See it before
we cut it.

We bring a 3D scanner to your rig and capture the real geometry — every curve, hatch, drain and cleat. That scan becomes a CAD model, and the CAD model becomes a photoreal rendering that lands in your inbox.

You see your own boat, in your colors, with your pattern — before a single blade touches foam. Change your mind about the tread direction or the accent line? We change the file, not the material.

01

On-site scan of the actual surface — no paper templates.

02

A rendering of your finished deck, sent to you for approval.

03

Your file stays on record — reorder or extend it any time.

How it happens

Four steps, zero guesswork

STEP 01

Scan

We come to the boat, truck or shop and capture the surface in three dimensions.

STEP 02

Design

Colors, tread pattern, seam layout and logo work — drawn up and sent to you as a rendering.

STEP 03

Mill

Our CNC router cuts the approved file out of EVA/PE sheet — clean edges, tight seams, repeatable.

STEP 04

Install

Surface prepped, marine-grade adhesive, panels set by hand. Or we ship it ready to lay down yourself.

In the shop

Every groove is cut from your file, not a catalog.

Plank spacing, radius corners, drain cutouts and hatch reliefs are all part of the drawing before the router ever starts. That's how a foam deck ends up looking like it was born with the boat.

Good to know

Questions we get every week

Still stuck on something? Call us and talk to the person who'd actually be cutting your deck.

Does foam decking fix cracks or soft spots?

No — it's a surface upgrade. Structural repairs need to happen before we lay anything down, and we'll tell you straight if we see something that should be fixed first.

Will the edges start lifting?

Not when the prep is done right. Most lifting stories come from wax, silicone or dirt left under the panel. We strip the surface back properly and use adhesive rated for constant salt exposure.

How long does an install take?

The scan is usually under an hour. From approved rendering to finished install, most projects run about one to two weeks depending on size and color availability.

Can I install it myself?

Yes. We can ship your milled panels with peel-and-stick backing and step-by-step guidance if you'd rather do it in your own driveway.

How do I take care of it?

Fresh water, a soft brush and mild soap. Skip harsh solvents and pressure-washer wands held up close, and it'll look new for years.
