Custom boat decking
The most common reason people call us: the deck is slick when it's wet, scorching by noon, and the factory nonskid stopped gripping years ago. A scanned foam deck solves all three without touching the structure underneath.
We work on center consoles, bay boats, flats skiffs, pontoons, sportfish and cruisers — typically 15 to 50 feet, at your slip, in the yard, or in our shop.

Cooler tops
A bare cooler lid is a hot, slippery bench. A foam top turns it into the best seat on the boat — and a surface you can actually cut bait on without gouging the plastic.
We cut around hinges, latches and drain plugs, wrap the front lip if you want it, and can route your boat name or logo straight into the pad.

866 873 2342What size boats do you work on?
Most of our work falls between 15 and 50 feet, but we've done everything from a 10-foot tender to fixed docks. Size isn't usually what drives the schedule — how complex the layout is and which colors you pick have more to do with your lead time.
Can foam go over existing nonskid?
Usually yes. We clean and prep the surface so the adhesive has something consistent to grab. What we don't do is alter the boat — no sanding, no fairing, no repairs. If there's old EVA foam down, we'll pull it up and take the adhesive residue with it, and that's as far as we go.
Will it hold up to sun and salt?
The foam we use is UV-stable, closed-cell and rated for continuous marine exposure. It won't absorb water, rot, or grow mildew inside the material.
Do you ship outside South Florida?
We install in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Outside that area we can work from your measurements or scan data and ship finished, peel-and-stick panels.
Can it be removed later?
Yes. Panels come up with heat and patience, and adhesive residue cleans off with the right solvent. It's a reversible upgrade, not a permanent modification.
