How we got here

We got tired of decks that almost fit

Foam decking has been around for years, and most of it is sold as a kit. Close enough at the bow, a gap at the hatch, a filler strip where the template ran short. Good product, sloppy execution.

Treadic started around a different sequence: measure digitally, design it properly, show the customer a picture, then cut. It's slower on paper and faster in practice, because nothing gets remade.

Today we work on everything from flats skiffs to sportfish, plus the Jeeps, trucks and coolers that follow those boats around.

How we work

Four rules we don't bend

01

Measure, don't estimate

Every job begins with a scan of the actual surface. If we can't scan it, we tell you before you pay for anything.

02

Show before you cut

You approve a rendering of your own boat. Surprises belong in fishing, not in fabrication.

03

Say what it won't do

Foam is a surface upgrade. It won't fix a soft deck or a hull crack, but we'll point you to someone who can.

04

Own the install

Prep, adhesive and layout are ours. If an edge lifts on a deck we installed, we come back.

In-house capability

Scanner, CAD station, CNC router, install crew. No middlemen between your deck and the machine.

Where we work

South Florida is our backyard

We scan and install throughout the tri-county area — marinas, dry stacks, boatyards, dealerships and driveways. Outside the region, we fabricate from measurements or scan data and ship finished panels.
