Treadic ("we", "us") provides custom EVA/PE foam fabrication and installation in South Florida. This policy covers treadic.com and the information you give us by phone, email or through our forms.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, the location of your boat or vehicle, and details about your project such as make, model, length and photos.
Information collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring source. This is standard web-server and analytics data.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To schedule scans, fabrication and installation.
- To invoice you and process payment.
- To provide warranty support and follow-up service.
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business — website hosting, email, payment processing and scheduling tools — and only to the extent they need it. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Scan data & project photos
We keep the 3D scan and CAD file created for your project so we can produce replacement panels or additional pieces later without re-scanning. Those files are tied to your project record and are not shared with third parties.
We sometimes photograph finished work for our website and social channels. If you'd prefer your boat not appear — or prefer the hull number blurred — just tell us, before or after the job.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses cookies to keep it working properly and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may behave differently if you do.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that don't turn into projects are kept for a reasonable follow-up period and then removed. Customer and project records, including scan files, are retained for as long as we may need them for warranty, service or accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask us to delete information we're not required to keep, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email Info@treadic.com and we'll take care of it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive financial details by email — call us instead.
Children
Our services are directed to adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
