Returns and Cancellations Policy

At Treadic, every decking kit is custom designed, and precision cut to fit your boat and personal style. Because each order is made to your exact specifications, our policies are built around fairness, quality assurance, and transparency.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of Treadic EVA/PE foam decking, standard returns are not accepted once production has begun.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved digital design proof, please complete a warranty request by emailing warranty@treadic.com within 30 days of delivery.

Our team will promptly review your claim and determine the appropriate solution such as repairing or replacing the affected pieces to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellations

Because each project requires a unique design process, material preparation, and CNC setup, cancellations will only be accepted prior to design proof approval.

If a cancellation request is made before the design proof is approved, a 15% processing fee will apply to cover design and administrative costs. This fee may be credited toward a future Treadic order if placed within 12 months.

Once the final design proof is approved, production begins immediately. At that point, cancellations, refunds, or design changes cannot be accommodated.
