Thank you for choosing Treadic, we’re proud to be part of your time on the water.

Every Treadic deck is crafted to handle the heat, salt, and long days that come with owning a boat. With the right care, your deck will keep looking sharp and performing strong for years.

Below you’ll find our warranty coverage, what’s not included, and how to submit a claim if something isn’t quite right.

3-Year Limited Warranty (Original Owner Only)

What’s Covered

Treadic warrants your decking against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. Coverage includes:

  • Pitting or delamination

  • Packaging or shipping damage

  • Manufacturing or production errors

  • CAD or design translation errors

  • Material or adhesive failure

  • Excessive fading or color degradation

  • Color bleeding or variance beyond tolerance

  • Workmanship issues directly attributed to Treadic

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from conditions outside of Treadic’s control, including but not limited to:

  • DIY or third-party installations

  • Improper surface prep or adhesion failure

  • Light amplification or reflection damage

  • Improper storage or handling

  • Normal fading, wear, scuffs, or scratches

  • Pet damage, stains, or chemical spills

  • Customer-approved design or measurement errors

  • Damage from cutting, altering, or reinstallation

  • Second owners or transferred products

Submitting a Warranty Claim

If you purchased your EVA/PE marine decking through Treadic, email warranty@treadic.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your claim promptly and guide you through the next steps.
